Who We Are

Old New Leftist Rita is fifty hundred years old (57) and currently residing in upstate New York. Relatively new to the anti fascist scene, Rita combines the wisdom of age, 40 years activist experience plus the clumsiness of an atrophied right hemisphere into hilarious commentaries on politics and the silliness inherent in all extremist political stances, especially tea baggers. Rita is the more humble of the two writers of this blog, and the easiest to get along with.

Young Leftist with an Old Soul Ayla ages three years for every human year, making her 72 (24) years old. Most likely conceived at an Oppressed concert, Ayla was born into the scene and has been antagonizing authority and protesters alike for most of her life. Spending most of her time changing diapers, Ayla is currently taking Xanax in an attempt to curb her desire to verbally destroy each and every one of you.  Extremely arrogant, and deservedly so, she is the master of sarcasm and allergic to stupidity. Despite multiple brain injuries, she is still smarter than you, and you would do well to remember that.
